- Payment Information: Rview does not store your credit card or banking details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
- Support Requests: When you contact us for help, we collect your message and any additional information you provide. We may access and review communications exchanged between users on our platform only when necessary, such as: To investigate or resolve a reported dispute, to enforce our terms of service, to detect or prevent address fraud, abuse or other violations of our policies, to comply with applicable legal obligations. We limit access to such information to authorised personal and handle all information in accordance with this privacy policy.
2.2) Information We Automatically Collect
- Device & Usage Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile device identifiers, pages viewed, and actions taken within the app.
